On October 1, 2018 Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ: Cohu) announced the completion of its acquisition of Xcerra Corporation, the parent company of Everett Charles Technologies (ECT). The combination creates a global leader in back-end semiconductor equipment and services, and printed circuit board testing with a breadth of products that are unmatched in the industry.
