ECT’s POGO Spring Contact Probes, including the Ostby Barton/Pylon Division, is the world’s leading manufacturer of POGO Spring Probes for testing bare and loaded printed circuit boards. Ostby Barton/Pylon, part of the Contact Products, manufactures standard and custom POGO Contacts for the ATE industry and specialized OEM applications, such as IC, DUT, BGA, PGA, LGA, interface, double ended fine pitch, and anti-walkout. Part of ECT since 1986, Ostby Barton parallels Contact Products as a pioneer in spring probe technology. A wide range of proprietary designs have evolved from OB custom probe development, including “Cyclo Soldered†and “OB Steel” probes. In addition to maintaining an extensive inventory of catalog probes, OB engineers work with customers to develop custom probe solutions to specific probe applications.
